• Downloadable DOCX and PDF formats

The Service is provided “as is” and is funded through advertising (including rewarded video ads).

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and content of the resume and job description you submit.
• You agree not to submit resumes containing false or misleading information.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent the ad-gating mechanism or abuse the Service.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the resume content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your optimized resume. This license expires when your data is deleted (within 24 hours).

Our Content

The ATSBoost website, branding, design, articles, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

AI-Generated Output

The rewritten resume produced by the Service is derived from your original content. You own the output and may use it freely. We make no claim to the AI-generated rewrite.

ATSBoost provides AI-generated suggestions for resume improvement. We do not guarantee:

• That your resume will pass any specific ATS system
• That you will receive interview callbacks or job offers
• That the match score reflects the exact criteria of any particular employer
• That the AI-generated rewrite is error-free or factually accurate

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.

We take your privacy seriously. Key commitments:

• No training: We never use your resume data to train AI models.
• Auto-deletion: All resume data is automatically deleted within 24 hours.
• No accounts: We do not require account creation or store personal profiles.
• No selling: We never sell your data to third parties.

The Service is free and supported by advertising. To access your full results, you may be required to view a short video advertisement. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this advertising model.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATSBoost and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is $0 for the free tier).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATSBoost, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
